如题。请问澳大利亚Visitor Visa (600)资料中的certified copy怎么理解？
例如，大人所需要的资料中包含 Travel Document 和 ID card 。官网对 Travel Document 的说明（后面的小号文）里提到， "This may include a certified copy of the personal particulars/photo(bio-data) page."
National Identity Document 的说明中也提到：Provide a certified copy of yournational identity card/s (other than your passport).
请问这两句中的 certified copy 怎么理解？需要就这些文件做公证或使馆见证吗？如果不需要，这个certify到底是什么意思呢？
同理还有未成年子女的 Form 1229（因为我们家孩子爸爸不同行，所以需要提供Form 1229）。Form前面提到：You must attach to this form: a certified copy of the child’s birth certificate, a certified copy of the personal details pageof the non-accompanying parent’s passport.
请问需要就孩子的出生证明和不随行爸爸的护照进行公证或使馆见证吗？
我已经把我的签证申请submit了（只提供了以上文件的扫描件，未提供公证或见证）。如果需要公证或使馆见证，请问我现在应该如何操作？
