你去网上搜索一下~房产证可能大家会有些差异呢，论坛收集的是一个版本。我不知道你的房产证长啥样呢

楼主，请麻烦帮我翻译下这句话“经审查确认本证所列房地产属共有（用）房地产。除发给房地产权证外，特另发此证。本证为房地产权证的辅助证件，同样具有法律效力” 谢谢啦~

After examination and confirmation the Real Estate listed on this Certificate is in the form of joint ownership. Apart from the Real Estate Certificate, it is hereby to issue this Certificate which is an auxiliary document of the Real Estate Certificate and have the equal legal effect.
